Solution-Soft originally conceived Time Machine in 1997 as a practical solution to test business logic that could potentially be affected by the Y2K problem.
In 1998, Time Machine was enhanced and made to be compatible with UNIX, Linux, and Windows. In the years leading up to the new millennium, Time Machine began to gain massive popularity as a reliable solution to the millennium bug.
Soon thereafter, Time Machine found new life within the industry as its customers realized it could be used just as effectively as date-and-time shifting software for any non-Y2K-related, date-and-time sensitive issues. In 2001, Time Machine was patented and began to become widely recognized as the most efficient time-shift testing tool on the market.
During the mid-2000s and the 2010s, with hundreds of customers and thousands of users, Time Machine received consistent expansions and improvements and was utilized by IT professional from Microsoft to IBM, HP, Fortune 100 to Global 1000, and implemented in real initiatives like the Affordable Care Act & major banking application/AWS migration deployment.
Between 2015 and 2019, Solution-Soft introduced the Time Machine Product Suite which includes a multitude of Frameworks for Time Machine including Framework for Oracle, Framework for SQL, Framework for JBoss, Framework for WebLogic, and Framework for Websphere as well as Sync Server, Enterprise Management Console, Floating License Server, and Time Machine for SAP Hana.
