After a successful release for its Time Machine Floating License Server (TMFLS) for Linux at the beginning of last year, many Time Machine® customers have requested our TMFLS to support the Windows platform. Solution-Soft is very happy to announce its general release of it today! Our customers rely on Time Machine to optimize their testing practice to test their mission critical software applications. TMFLS is essential to share licenses automatically in the enterprise, especially for high demand in a dynamic environment. The Agile/DevOps team is a great example; TMFLS has enabled them to automate each test cycle without latency!
Time Machine Floating License Server provides a pool of license units that can be shared for Time Machine systems on premise, in the enterprise, or in the Cloud across different OS platforms and CPU core count combinations. Time Machine automatically checks out a license from the Floating License Server at service start and releases them at service stop. It makes license management totally automatic and no manual license key is required for brand-new systems or re-host. Time Machine Floating License Server was initially supported on a Linux host and it is now also supported for Windows hosts.
